It's not every day or even every year that you get an opportunity to work in one of the World's great Historic gardens so, after our efforts at Villa Cicogna Mozzoni, Jacopo, Silvia and Francesco Cicogna Mozzoni took the whole team to a top restaurant for a most fabulous meal for helping their own team to remove the huge conifers which were 'choking' the ancient water staircase and then replacing them with Italian Cypress. Jacopo nicknamed us 'The Cypress Squad'. We all had pretty good appetites but the generosity of our hosts and the incredible meal meant that we were outfaced on this occasion! But we all enjoyed a most wonderful adventure and an amazing experience. Thanks to you, Jacopo, Silvia and Francesco.

Dear Alan, A very big thank you to You, Neil, Edward and Alex. We lived a wonderful experience having you here and remember, you will remain in the history of the house, in 200 years time the articles about the villa will tell about the British boys who came to save the Count from enormous Cypresses menacing his life and how they faced all the adversities including the most difficult labour of eating all the menù... We love you all.
